Elmtrackr turns the hours you clock into an estimated gross, in your own currency, as the shift runs. It shows the rate that applies at each moment and how the figure is built. The result is an estimate for your own reference — a number to check against your payslip, never a replacement for it.

Your rate and currency
You set a base hourly rate in the currency you are paid in. Elmtrackr works with different currencies through its regional presets or a fully custom setup, so the figures it shows are in the money you actually earn rather than a converted approximation.
A live estimated gross
Once a shift starts, the estimate builds in real time. As the clock passes a threshold you configured — say, into daily overtime, or into a weekend rate — the rate that applies changes, and the running total follows. You can watch the number grow rather than reconstructing it at the end of the month.
Compensation profiles
Rates are described by compensation profiles: your base rate, overtime tiers, and premium profiles for weekend, night or holiday work. You can start from a regional preset and adjust it, or build your own. The full detail of thresholds and multipliers lives on the overtime and premium page.
The math is shown, not hidden
Elmtrackr shows how a figure is put together — the regular hours, any overtime, and any premium components each appear as their own line rather than disappearing into a single total. If a number looks off, you can see which part produced it.

Here is an illustrative month for a ₪42/hour rate, with overtime at ×1.25 and a weekend premium at ×1.5. The exact rates and rules are whatever you set — these values are only to show how the breakdown reads.

Why it is an estimate
The figure depends entirely on the rate and rules you enter and on the hours you clock. Real pay can differ because of deductions, taxes, agreements or corrections that live in your employer's payroll — none of which Elmtrackr can see. That is why every pay figure is labelled an estimate.
Checking against your payslip
Elmtrackr gives you an independent figure to compare with the payslip when it arrives, which can make a discrepancy easier to spot and raise. It does not connect to your employer and does not read or verify your payslip automatically — the comparison is one you make yourself.

Does Elmtrackr show my exact take-home pay?
