Acceptance

By using ElmTrackr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

ElmTrackr is a personal shift and hours tracking tool. Pay and overtime figures are estimates only and do not constitute tax, legal, or payroll advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. Receipt photos should only be those you have the right to store.

Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Android app supports offline use; cloud sync requires an internet connection.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElmTrackr is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on pay estimates or reports generated by the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page.
